Handle orders, shipping, returns, and customer service professionally.

Not sell counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide correct delivery and payment information.

Use the platform for personal, lawful purchases only.

Not misuse reviews, feedback, or attempt fraudulent activities.

6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

We use secure third-party payment gateways; we are not liable for issues arising due to banking/payment failures.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received.

Vendors are responsible for accurate pricing and availability of products.
